Business Consultation
Observation days:
The business will be observed in order to identify problem areas and needs for improvement.
Management consultation:
Consultation with management where we will agree on what changes need to be made, how they can be implemented, and how they will align with the ethos of your business.
Presentation:
An educational presentation will be given outlining important information about necessary skills including but not limited to;

Testing:
Quizzes will be given in order to better identify which employees need more help and in what areas. Reading materials will be provided for staff to study.
One on One staff training
Staff members will have the chance to have one on one training so they have the chance to ask questions, and get help and so that their ability to implement new knowledge can be verified.

Daycare and Boarding
Teaches daycare and boarding employees how to safely manage a daycare room, going over details such as introducing new dogs to the daycare, preventing fights, and how to handle an emergency.
Works with management to create policies for things such as behavior testing new dogs, hiring employees, using the correct training tools.
Dog Walking & House Sitting
Teaches walkers and sitters skills such as meeting new dogs, using training tools and equipment, identifying health issues and working with behavioral issues.
Works with management to create policies for things such as entering and leaving a client's home, lost dogs, and how to handle an emergency
Grooming
Teaches employees how to identify dog body language, how to prevent bites, and how to work with dogs that are not desensitized to grooming.
Works with management to create policies for things such as behavior testing new dogs, managing aggressive dogs, and what to do in the event of a bite
